Partial Eclipse of the Sun

Partial Eclipse of the Sun

In the lower corner of this glass piece is an antique photo of a partial eclipse of the sun from 1932. At the center of the panel is an antique bottle that was found by a diver in Casco Bay, which reads T. Starr. The back of the bottle is scattered with barnacles from its years in the ocean. Throughout the piece are an antique key, antique crystal chandelier prisms, super seven stones (a combination of seven different minerals including amethyst and quartz), antique coins, and an antique lock. Maine sea glass makes up the wings of the small butterfly in the upper corner.
